Frequently Asked Questions
+What is the return policy on Gladiator lacrosse rebounders and lacrosse goals?
Provided that the item purchased is not used, the item may be returned to us within 30 days after the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
+Are there any restrictions on where you ship your lacrosse equipment to?
No, Gladiator Lacrosse Goals and Rebounders are not restricted to any place; however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship anywhere in the U.S. as well as any other place outside the U.S., but note that the shipping will be more expensive if you ship out of the country.
+Do the lacrosse goals and lacrosse pitch backs come with setup instructions? How hard are they to set up?
There are a set of instructions in the boxes for both the Gladiator Lacrosse Official Backyard Lacrosse Goal and the Gladiator Lacrosse Rebounder (or pitch back). These two products are very easy to set up due to the snap and click bars, which make the assembly a breeze. Also, the stringing of the goal, which might take a bit longer, is made to last and create a durable goal.
+Will the Gladiator Lacrosse Replacement Net fit on my current goal?
Our Gladiator Lacrosse “rounded corners” replacement net will fit over any “6x6x6” dimension lacrosse goal. Our “square corners” replacement net will fit over any “6x6x7” dimension lacrosse goal. If you are unsure of the exact dimensions of your goal, we recommend purchasing our “square corner” net, as they will universally fit on almost every field lacrosse goal.
+What is the policy on defective lacrosse equipment?
Gladiator Lacrosse stands behind all of its products when used under normal conditions. Proof of purchase with the date of the purchase on it, is required for every item being returned due to defect. Gladiator Lacrosse will replace the lacrosse goal or lacrosse pitch back with the exact product that is defective. If the product is no longer available, we will upgrade you free of charge if we no longer carry that item.
+Where can you contact us about any lacrosse product questions?
+Is there a difference between a lacrosse rebounder and a pitch back?
No, many people often refer to a lacrosse rebounder as a pitch back and vise versa. These two names refer to the same item. The Gladiator Lacrosse Rebounder (or pitch back) is one item.
+What is the official lacrosse goal size?
The official lacrosse goal size is 6 feet x 6 feet/ 72 inches x 72 inches.
